I've come a long long ways since I started photography. You can see this by looking at some of my first submissions here on DA. Through the years I :
changed from a compact camera to a DSLR: Pentax K100D. I chose Pentax because my dad already had a Pentax KM with a few lenses that can be used on the DSLR using an adaptor
learned how to uses Photoshop by having fun experimenting curves, colours, etc, and thanks to tutorials found around the web
done a few exhibitions of my work around Voiron near Grenoble, France.

FeaturesHello all

So it's been a very windy last couple of days here in Philly, Hurricane Sandy passed us by fortunately and we didn't even get any power outages. Looking at the news, New Jersey and NYC got hit hard so I hope everyone there is safe and well!!!!
I haven't taken any new photos recently, I still have quite a lot to go through from the past year or so (as I had been so unproductive going through them all). I will hopefully take some over the next month or so, although the best of autumn will most likely of passed by which is a shame.
Now onto the features!!!!!!

New Year! New Feature!

To start off the new year, I thought a new feature was in order.

Lately, I have been struggling to find inspiration of what to photograph. One day it dawned on me to try photographing one of my other great passions. Board games. Here is a small collection of the photographs I took while playing Monopoly, Carcassonne, and Scrabble. I own many other board games and the next one I am planning to photograph is a good game of Settlers of Catan. My disclaimer for you is that all of these photographs are real games played, I did not set up the game how I would of liked, but rather I played just for fun with my family and friends. Please enjoy!
